New TURBO SESSIONS with SINNEAD starting on Monday 25.11.19 at 7pm (door open from 6:30 for setup) in Belclare National School. What do you need to know?
-suitable for everyone (no-one gets left behind)
-triathlon specific training, each week will build on previous sessions
-only need bike, turbo, drinks, towels x 2 (if you don’t have a turbo please ask there are still some spare available)
-NO cleats on the floor
-2€ pp or 5€ per 3 sessions
