Tri Lakes Triathlon Club is delighted to announce that it will hold a Club members mixed relay in aid of the Corrib Mask Search and Rescue.
This event will take place on Saturday 14th August at Kilbeg Pier, Headford and is open to all Tri Lakes members. It’s a Triathlon with a difference, it’s a mixed relay similar to that as shown at the Olympics recently and will consist of a 3 person team all undertaking a 300 metre swim, 6.5K bike and a 2 km run in a relay/ tag setup. The first team to get over the finish line is the winner.
It promises to be super fun day and a very worthy cause indeed and we will also hold a raffle in the evening with some spot prizes.
