Training Day for all

We are holding a ‘Half Ironman Distance’ training day on Saturday 4th August at Andrew’s gym.  The route consists of laps (Bike 17.6k and Run 5k). Therefore, members will have the option of doing shorter distances eg Sprint or Olympic, opting in/out as they please or doing the full Half Ironman distance. There will also be the option of a swim in Lough Hackett first. We hope as many members as possible will take part in this training event.
