We’re running a 12-week swim block after Christmas.
This block will be focusing on endurance.
Commencing Thursday 10th January for 12 weeks
Start time 6:30 -7:45
These are swim training sessions, not swimming lessons so you must be able to swim lengths of the pool. However, slower/beginner swimmers are more than welcome! Restricted to Trilakes club members only.
