To help you through the next few weeks and to keep the legs turning over, we are setting you a challenge!

Log 15 Hours of Turbo Training in 20 days.

Starting today, all you have to do is record 15 hours of turbo training on your watch or smart device.

YOU DO NOT NEED A SMART TURBO! any turbo will do.

As soon as you have finished an activity, take a screengrab/picture fo your workout and stick it up on the WhatsApp Group, and we will record the results on an Excel Sheet.

Make the most of the social isolation and take on the challenge!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • A BIKE

    Any bike will do.

  • A TRAINER

    Nothing fancy YOU DO NOT NEED A SMART TRAINER

  • A RECORDING DEVICE

    This can be as simple as your watch, take a pic, or if you use Strava/Zwift/Trainer Road take a screen grab.

    You must Screen Grab or picture your workouts and post them on the WhatApp group as soon as they are completed
